The Bruce Park neighbourhood today is largely residential, mainly well-built, single-family dwellings some built on the banks of the Assiniboine River which makes up the neighbourhood's southern border. Portage Avenue, the commercial and service corridor for the entire region, is the northern border with Century Street and Deer Lodge Place forming the east and west boundaries respectively.
